The Joint Commission, along with federal and state regulatory agencies, has increasingly focused on staff competency with each coming year. Because of this, healthcare staffing organizations and hospital staffing departments must thoroughly assess a clinician's competency using relevant and complete exams that drill deep into the clinician's skill set and knowledge.

Our National Validation Program includes a two-part validation process and ensures all exams are thorough, assess competency at a clinical level, and are free of bias on the basis of race, gender, and other Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
